You may use the Color Extractor for personal and commercial projects. You must not use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
All image processing happens locally in your browser. We do not access, store, or process any images you upload. You retain full ownership of all images you use.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TwentyOneTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
