When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and subscription status. We use Firebase Authentication for login and Firestore to store account data. We do not collect, upload, or process any images you use with the Color Extractor — all image processing happens locally in your browser.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how people use our tool. This data is anonymised and aggregated. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing TwentyOneToolsSupport@gmail.com. We will action your request within 30 days.
